Now that skies are clear in southern Colorado temperatures will plummet tonight with light winds. Some areas overnight will develop patchy fog. The best chance will be in the valleys along the Front Range from Fountain to Pueblo and points east. Overnight temperatures in many locations will fall into the single digits. Cold weather will be the story over the next few days. A very weak piece of energy will move through the state later Monday into Tuesday bringing back the chance for a few snow showers. This system will also provide a reinforcing shot of some cold air to the region.
Sunday forecast:
Colorado Springs: Mostly sunny, light winds, high 34
Pueblo: Mostly sunny, light winds, high 37
Monument: Sunny, light winds, high 29
Teller County: A few high clouds, light winds, high 24
