Celebrity stylist to speak at PCC

Reality TV star and internationally acclaimed hair stylist Tabatha Coffey will speak to cosmetology students at Pueblo Community College Monday evening. Tabatha hosts the show Tabatha Takes Over, now in its third season on the Bravo Network.

Beth Nipps, chair of the college's cosmetology department, says the visit is, "a chance of a lifetime for our students and the Pueblo community." "We are all very excited and honored that she will be appearing here," said Nipps

The Australian born Coffey began cutting hair as a teenager and studied for years in both Australia and London. She gained widespread popularity in the United States as a contestant on the reality show Shear Genius, which also airs on Bravo. Coffey was voted the fan favorite and earned a $10,000 prize and her own show.
