TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) Ohio stands to be among the biggest losers Tuesday when the Census Bureau releases state population totals, potentially losing two congressional seats.
Nongovernment analysts say Ohio will lose at least one seat, but most of them think it will be two.
That means Republican lawmakers in Ohio who will control the process of redrawing congressional districts are likely to target seats now held by Democrats.
Democrats hold just five out of the states's 18 congressional seats after losing big in November.
Among the Ohio Democrats who could face losing their U.S. House districts are Cleveland's Dennis Kucinich (koo-SIN'-ich) and Betty Sutton, whose district includes suburban Cleveland.
